Fitness Club

Fitness club meets twice a week to stay fit whilst teaching one another about health, nutrition, stretching, strength training, cardio, calisthenics, yoga (and maybe even capoera and muay thai!) Body positive, non-judgemental, caring space. If you have a passion for working out, or if you've never done it before and want to be silly with a bunch of strangers, come join!
